About the Role:

Ensource & Partners is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our technology industry client network across Spain, Germany, France, and Italy.

This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing high-potential local sales agents, distributors, and business partners in the B2B technology sector, supporting Chinese tech brands to successfully enter and scale in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, screen, and onboard local agents, distributors, and business partners in the tech sector
  • Manage end-to-end sales channel development projects for clients from China entering European markets
  • Support commercial negotiations, contract management, and deal closing processes
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales strategy input for clients
  • Coordinate product training, sales enablement, and channel performance management
  • Ensure all partnerships operate in accordance with business ethics and transparency policies

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development, channel sales, or agency management in the tech industry
  • Strong network or business development capability within ESP / DE / FR / IT markets
  • Fluent in English (business level); Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in cross-border business or representing Asian tech brands is highly desirable
  • Proactive, target-driven, and excellent in relationship management
  • Open to hybrid/remote work with regional travel as required
